1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy sets forth the principles and practices governing the handling of information in connection with the use of the YBS GO mobile application (“Application”).

YBS GO is committed to respecting the privacy of its users and to maintaining transparency regarding the manner in which information is handled.

As a fundamental principle of this Application, YBS GO does not collect, retain, or maintain users’ personal information on its own servers. Wherever reasonably possible, user-related information required for application functionality is processed locally on the user’s device.

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Application, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.

2. Information and Data Handling

2.1 Precise Location Information

The Application may request access to the device’s precise location information through GPS in order to provide location-based transportation and navigation features.

Such location information may be used for the following purposes:

  • Displaying the user’s current location on the map;
  • Determining the distance between the user and nearby bus stops;
  • Providing route and navigation information; and
  • Supporting location-based features of the Application.

Location information is processed locally on the user’s device. YBS GO does not transmit or retain the user’s GPS coordinates on its own servers and does not maintain a historical record of the user’s movements.

The Application does not continuously monitor the user’s location in the background.

2.2 Information Stored Locally on the Device

Certain information required for the operation and personalization of the Application may be stored locally on the user’s device, including, but not limited to:

  • Saved bus stops;
  • Favorite routes;
  • Offline transportation data;
  • Cached application data; and
  • Application preferences and settings.

Such information is maintained locally on the user’s device and is not stored on YBS GO’s own servers.

Users may remove such locally stored information by clearing the Application’s storage or cache through their device settings, or by uninstalling the Application.

2.3 Advertising ID and Analytics

The Application may use Google Play Services and Firebase Analytics for the purposes of understanding general application usage, identifying application errors, reporting crashes, and improving application performance.

Information that may be processed by such services may include application interaction events, screen views, application instance identifiers, device model, operating system version, and other basic technical information.

Such information is processed by the relevant third-party service in accordance with its applicable privacy policy.

YBS GO does not independently store or maintain such analytics information on its own servers.

The Advertising ID is not used by YBS GO for the purpose of personally identifying users or establishing individual personal profiles.

2.4 Push Notification Information

Where a user enables push notifications, the Application may utilize a push notification token provided through services such as Expo or Firebase Cloud Messaging for the purpose of delivering notifications to the user’s device.

Such token is used for notification delivery and is not used by YBS GO to establish a personal account or personal profile.

The relevant third-party notification service may process such technical information as necessary to provide its notification delivery service.

2.5 Audio

The Application may provide pre-recorded audio announcements relating to bus stops and transportation information.

YBS GO:

  • Does not request microphone access;
  • Does not record audio from the user’s device; and
  • Does not upload microphone recordings to its servers.

3. Server-Side Data Collection

YBS GO does not collect, store, or maintain personal user information on its own servers.

In particular, YBS GO does not maintain server-side records containing the following information:

  • GPS or location history;
  • User identity information;
  • Name;
  • Telephone number;
  • Personal address;
  • Contacts;
  • Microphone recordings;
  • Saved bus stops;
  • Favorite routes;
  • Personal browsing history within the Application; or
  • Personal travel history.

The Application does not require users to create an account in order to access or use its principal functions.

Nevertheless, certain technical information may be processed by third-party infrastructure where such processing is technically necessary for the provision of maps, notifications, analytics, crash reporting, or other application services. Such processing is governed by the privacy policies of the respective third-party service providers.

4. Third-Party Services

For the purpose of operating and maintaining the Application, YBS GO may utilize certain third-party services.

4.1 Google Play Services and Firebase

Purpose: Analytics, crash reporting, application performance monitoring, Android-related functionality, and push notification services.

Purpose: Application framework and push notification infrastructure.

4.3 OpenStreetMap

Purpose: Provision and rendering of map and map tile data.

Requests made to map infrastructure may involve technical information, including IP address information, as necessary for network communication.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

As YBS GO does not maintain personal user information on its own servers, the Application does not maintain a personal user account or personal profile requiring server-side deletion.

Information stored locally on the user’s device may be permanently removed by:

  1. Clearing the Application’s storage or cache through the device settings; or
  2. Uninstalling the YBS GO Application.

Information processed by third-party service providers remains subject to the respective provider’s retention, deletion, and privacy policies.

6. User Rights and Choices

Users retain control over certain permissions and application functions through their device settings.

Location Permission

Location access may be disabled through:

Settings → Apps → YBS GO → Permissions → Location

Disabling location access may affect certain navigation and location-based functions.

Notification Permission

Push notifications may be disabled through the notification settings of the user’s device.

Advertising ID

Where supported by the Android operating system, users may reset or delete their Advertising ID through the applicable privacy or advertising settings of their device.

7. Data Security

YBS GO takes reasonable technical measures to protect communications between the Application and relevant services.

Where supported, network communications are transmitted using HTTPS/SSL/TLS encryption.

Nevertheless, no method of electronic transmission or electronic storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Accordingly, YBS GO cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted through electronic networks.

YBS GO follows the principle of minimizing unnecessary collection and retention of user-related information.

8. Children’s Privacy

YBS GO is intended for general audiences.

YBS GO does not knowingly collect or maintain personal information belonging to children under the age of 13 on its own servers.

The Application does not require the creation of a personal user account and does not intentionally establish personal profiles for children.

9. Disclosure, Sharing, and Sale of Information

YBS GO does not sell, rent, or trade users’ personal information.

YBS GO does not maintain a personal user-information database on its own servers.

Certain third-party service providers may process technical information where necessary to provide application functionality, including:

  • Analytics;
  • Crash reporting;
  • Map services;
  • Push notification services; and
  • Core application infrastructure.

Any such processing is subject to the applicable privacy policies of the relevant service providers.

ဤကိုယ်ရေးအချက်အလက်မူဝါဒသည် YBS GO မိုဘိုင်းအက်ပလီကေးရှင်း (ယခုနောက်ပိုင်းတွင် “အက်ပလီကေးရှင်း” ဟု ရည်ညွှန်းမည်) ကို အသုံးပြုရာတွင် အချက်အလက်များအား ရယူအသုံးပြုခြင်း၊ စီမံဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်းနှင့် ထိန်းသိမ်းခြင်းဆိုင်ရာ မူဝါဒများနှင့် လုပ်ထုံးလုပ်နည်းများကို ရှင်းလင်းဖော်ပြထားခြင်း ဖြစ်ပါသည်။

YBS GO အနေဖြင့် အသုံးပြုသူများ၏ ကိုယ်ရေးအချက်အလက်နှင့် ကိုယ်ရေးကိုယ်တာဆိုင်ရာ အခွင့်အရေးများကို လေးစားလိုက်နာရန်နှင့် အချက်အလက်များအား မည်သို့ကိုင်တွယ်အသုံးပြုသည်ကို ပွင့်လင်းမြင်သာစွာ ဖော်ပြရန် အလေးထားဆောင်ရွက်ပါသည်။

အက်ပလီကေးရှင်းအား Download ပြုလုပ်ခြင်း၊ Install ပြုလုပ်ခြင်း သို့မဟုတ် အသုံးပြုခြင်းအားဖြင့် ဤကိုယ်ရေးအချက်အလက်မူဝါဒပါ အချက်များကို ဖတ်ရှုနားလည်ပြီး ဖြစ်သည်ဟု မှတ်ယူပါသည်။

၂။ အချက်အလက်များ ရယူအသုံးပြုခြင်း

၂.၁ တိကျသော တည်နေရာအချက်အလက်

အက်ပလီကေးရှင်း၏ တည်နေရာအခြေပြု ခရီးသွားလမ်းညွှန်မှုနှင့် သက်ဆိုင်ရာ လုပ်ဆောင်ချက်များကို ပံ့ပိုးပေးနိုင်ရန် Device ၏ GPS မှတစ်ဆင့် တိကျသော တည်နေရာအချက်အလက် ရယူအသုံးပြုခွင့်ကို တောင်းခံနိုင်ပါသည်။

အဆိုပါ တည်နေရာအချက်အလက်ကို အောက်ပါရည်ရွယ်ချက်များအတွက် အသုံးပြုနိုင်ပါသည် -

  • မြေပုံပေါ်တွင် အသုံးပြုသူ၏ လက်ရှိတည်နေရာကို ပြသရန်၊
  • အနီးရှိ Bus Stop များနှင့် အကွာအဝေးကို တွက်ချက်ရန်၊
  • ခရီးစဉ်လမ်းကြောင်းနှင့် လမ်းညွှန်မှုဆိုင်ရာ အချက်အလက်များ ပေးအပ်ရန်၊
  • တည်နေရာအခြေပြု အက်ပလီကေးရှင်းလုပ်ဆောင်ချက်များကို ပံ့ပိုးရန်။

တည်နေရာအချက်အလက်များကို အသုံးပြုသူ၏ Device ပေါ်တွင်သာ စီမံဆောင်ရွက်ပါသည်။ အသုံးပြုသူ၏ GPS Coordinates များကို YBS GO ၏ ကိုယ်ပိုင် Server များသို့ ပေးပို့ခြင်း သို့မဟုတ် သိမ်းဆည်းခြင်း မပြုပါ။ အသုံးပြုသူ၏ သွားလာမှုဆိုင်ရာ Location History ကိုလည်း ထိန်းသိမ်းထားခြင်း မရှိပါ။

ထို့အပြင် အက်ပလီကေးရှင်းသည် Background အခြေအနေတွင် အသုံးပြုသူ၏ တည်နေရာကို အမြဲတမ်း စောင့်ကြည့်ခြင်း မပြုပါ။

၂.၂ Device အတွင်း သိမ်းဆည်းထားသော အချက်အလက်များ

အက်ပလီကေးရှင်း၏ လုပ်ဆောင်ချက်များကို ပံ့ပိုးရန်နှင့် အသုံးပြုသူအတွက် သင့်လျော်စေရန် အောက်ပါအချက်အလက်အချို့ကို အသုံးပြုသူ၏ Device အတွင်း၌သာ သိမ်းဆည်းထားနိုင်ပါသည် -

  • သိမ်းဆည်းထားသော Bus Stop များ၊
  • နှစ်သက်သော Bus Route များ၊
  • Offline အသုံးပြုရန် Transportation Data များ၊
  • Cached Application Data များ၊
  • Application Preferences နှင့် Settings များ။

အဆိုပါအချက်အလက်များသည် အသုံးပြုသူ၏ Device အတွင်း၌သာ ရှိပြီး YBS GO ၏ ကိုယ်ပိုင် Server များပေါ်တွင် သိမ်းဆည်းထားခြင်း မရှိပါ။

အသုံးပြုသူအနေဖြင့် Device Settings မှတစ်ဆင့် Application Storage သို့မဟုတ် Cache ကို ရှင်းလင်းခြင်း၊ သို့မဟုတ် YBS GO Application ကို Uninstall ပြုလုပ်ခြင်းဖြင့် အဆိုပါ Local Data များကို ဖျက်သိမ်းနိုင်ပါသည်။

၂.၃ Advertising ID နှင့် Analytics

အက်ပလီကေးရှင်း၏ ယေဘုယျအသုံးပြုပုံကို လေ့လာရန်၊ Application Error များကို ရှာဖွေဖော်ထုတ်ရန်၊ Crash ဖြစ်ပွားမှုများကို စောင့်ကြည့်ရန်နှင့် Application Performance ကို တိုးတက်ကောင်းမွန်စေရန် Google Play Services နှင့် Firebase Analytics တို့ကို အသုံးပြုနိုင်ပါသည်။

အဆိုပါ Third-Party Services များက စီမံဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်သည့် အချက်အလက်များတွင် -

  • Application အသုံးပြုမှုဆိုင်ရာ Events များ၊
  • Screen Views များ၊
  • Application Instance Identifier များ၊
  • Device Model၊
  • Operating System Version နှင့်
  • အခြားအခြေခံ Technical Information များ

ပါဝင်နိုင်ပါသည်။

အဆိုပါအချက်အလက်များကို သက်ဆိုင်ရာ Third-Party Service များက ၎င်းတို့၏ သက်ဆိုင်ရာ Privacy Policy များနှင့်အညီ စီမံဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်ပါသည်။

YBS GO အနေဖြင့် အဆိုပါ Analytics Information များကို ကိုယ်ပိုင် Server များပေါ်တွင် သီးခြားသိမ်းဆည်းခြင်း သို့မဟုတ် ထိန်းသိမ်းခြင်း မပြုပါ။

Advertising ID ကို အသုံးပြုသူတစ်ဦးချင်းစီအား ပုဂ္ဂိုလ်ရေးအရ ခွဲခြားသတ်မှတ်ရန် သို့မဟုတ် ကိုယ်ရေးအချက်အလက်ဆိုင်ရာ Profile တည်ဆောက်ရန် YBS GO မှ အသုံးမပြုပါ။

၂.၄ Push Notification ဆိုင်ရာ အချက်အလက်

အသုံးပြုသူမှ Push Notification များကို ခွင့်ပြုထားပါက အသုံးပြုသူ၏ Device သို့ Notification များ ပေးပို့နိုင်ရန် Expo သို့မဟုတ် Firebase Cloud Messaging ကဲ့သို့သော ဝန်ဆောင်မှုများမှ ပေးအပ်သည့် Push Notification Token ကို အသုံးပြုနိုင်ပါသည်။

အဆိုပါ Token ကို Notification ပေးပို့ရန်အတွက်သာ အသုံးပြုပါသည်။ YBS GO အနေဖြင့် Push Notification Token ကို အခြေခံ၍ အသုံးပြုသူ၏ ကိုယ်ပိုင် Account သို့မဟုတ် Personal Profile တည်ဆောက်ထားခြင်း မရှိပါ။

သက်ဆိုင်ရာ Third-Party Notification Service များအနေဖြင့် Notification ဝန်ဆောင်မှုပေးရန် လိုအပ်သည့် Technical Information များကို စီမံဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်ပါသည်။

၂.၅ အသံဆိုင်ရာ အသုံးပြုမှု

အက်ပလီကေးရှင်းတွင် Bus Stop နှင့် ခရီးသွားလာရေးဆိုင်ရာ အသံကြေညာချက်များအတွက် ကြိုတင်မှတ်တမ်းတင်ထားသော Audio များကို အသုံးပြုနိုင်ပါသည်။

YBS GO အနေဖြင့် -

  • Microphone Permission တောင်းခံခြင်း မပြုပါ၊
  • အသုံးပြုသူ၏ Device မှ အသံများကို Record ပြုလုပ်ခြင်း မပြုပါ၊
  • Microphone Recording များကို Server သို့ Upload ပြုလုပ်ခြင်း မရှိပါ။

၃။ Server ပေါ်တွင် User Data စုဆောင်းခြင်း

YBS GO သည် အသုံးပြုသူ၏ ကိုယ်ရေးအချက်အလက်များကို ကိုယ်ပိုင် Server များပေါ်တွင် စုဆောင်းခြင်း၊ သိမ်းဆည်းခြင်း သို့မဟုတ် ရေရှည်ထိန်းသိမ်းထားခြင်း မပြုပါ။

အထူးသဖြင့် အောက်ပါအချက်အလက်များကို Server ပေါ်တွင် User Record အဖြစ် ထိန်းသိမ်းထားခြင်း မရှိပါ -

  • GPS သို့မဟုတ် Location History၊
  • အသုံးပြုသူ၏ ကိုယ်ရေးအထောက်အထား၊
  • အမည်၊
  • ဖုန်းနံပါတ်၊
  • ကိုယ်ပိုင်လိပ်စာ၊
  • Contacts၊
  • Microphone Recording များ၊
  • Saved Bus Stop များ၊
  • Favorite Route များ၊
  • Application အတွင်း Personal Browsing History နှင့်
  • Personal Travel History များ။

အက်ပလီကေးရှင်း၏ အဓိကလုပ်ဆောင်ချက်များကို အသုံးပြုရန် User Account ဖန်တီးရန် မလိုအပ်ပါ။

သို့ရာတွင် Map၊ Notification၊ Analytics၊ Crash Reporting နှင့် အခြား Application Services များကို ပံ့ပိုးပေးရန် နည်းပညာအရ လိုအပ်သည့်အခါ Third-Party Infrastructure များက သက်ဆိုင်ရာ Technical Information အချို့ကို စီမံဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်ပါသည်။ အဆိုပါ Data Processing များသည် သက်ဆိုင်ရာ Third-Party Service Provider များ၏ Privacy Policy များနှင့်အညီ ဖြစ်ပါသည်။

၄။ Third-Party Services များ

YBS GO Application ကို လည်ပတ်ထိန်းသိမ်းရန်နှင့် ဝန်ဆောင်မှုများ ပိုမိုကောင်းမွန်စေရန်အတွက် အောက်ပါ Third-Party Services များကို အသုံးပြုနိုင်ပါသည်။

၅။ Data သိမ်းဆည်းထားမှုနှင့် ဖျက်သိမ်းခြင်း

YBS GO ၏ ကိုယ်ပိုင် Server များပေါ်တွင် အသုံးပြုသူ၏ ကိုယ်ရေးအချက်အလက်များကို ထိန်းသိမ်းထားခြင်း မရှိသဖြင့် Server ပေါ်တွင် ဖျက်သိမ်းရန်လိုအပ်သည့် Personal User Account သို့မဟုတ် Personal Profile တစ်ခုကို YBS GO မှ ထိန်းသိမ်းထားခြင်း မရှိပါ။

အသုံးပြုသူ၏ Device အတွင်း၌သာ သိမ်းဆည်းထားသော Data များကို အောက်ပါနည်းလမ်းများဖြင့် ဖျက်သိမ်းနိုင်ပါသည် -

၁။ Device Settings မှ Application Storage သို့မဟုတ် Cache ကို ရှင်းလင်းခြင်း၊ သို့မဟုတ် ၂။ YBS GO Application ကို Uninstall ပြုလုပ်ခြင်း။

Third-Party Service Provider များက စီမံဆောင်ရွက်ထားသော အချက်အလက်များသည် သက်ဆိုင်ရာ Service Provider များ၏ Data Retention၊ Deletion နှင့် Privacy Policy များအတိုင်း ဖြစ်ပါသည်။

၆။ အသုံးပြုသူ၏ ထိန်းချုပ်ခွင့်များ

အသုံးပြုသူများအနေဖြင့် Device Settings မှတစ်ဆင့် Application ၏ Permission နှင့် အချို့သော လုပ်ဆောင်ချက်များကို မိမိတို့စိတ်ကြိုက် ထိန်းချုပ်နိုင်ပါသည်။

Location Permission

အောက်ပါနေရာမှ Location Permission ကို ပိတ်နိုင်ပါသည်။

Settings → Apps → YBS GO → Permissions → Location

Location Permission ကို ပိတ်ထားပါက Location နှင့် Navigation အခြေပြု လုပ်ဆောင်ချက်အချို့ကို အသုံးပြုနိုင်မည် မဟုတ်ပါ။

Notification Permission

Device ၏ Notification Settings မှ YBS GO ၏ Push Notification များကို ပိတ်နိုင်ပါသည်။

Advertising ID

Android Operating System မှ ပံ့ပိုးပေးထားသည့် လုပ်ဆောင်ချက်များအရ Device ၏ Privacy သို့မဟုတ် Advertising Settings မှ Advertising ID ကို Reset သို့မဟုတ် Delete ပြုလုပ်နိုင်ပါသည်။

၇။ အချက်အလက်လုံခြုံရေး

YBS GO အနေဖြင့် Application နှင့် သက်ဆိုင်ရာ Services များအကြား ဆက်သွယ်မှုများကို လုံခြုံစေရန် သင့်လျော်သော နည်းပညာပိုင်းဆိုင်ရာ လုံခြုံရေးအစီအမံများကို အသုံးပြုပါသည်။

ပံ့ပိုးပေးထားသည့် Network Connection များတွင် HTTPS/SSL/TLS Encryption ကို အသုံးပြုပါသည်။

သို့ရာတွင် မည်သည့် Electronic Transmission သို့မဟုတ် Electronic Storage System မဆို အပြည့်အဝ လုံခြုံကြောင်း အာမခံနိုင်ခြင်း မရှိသဖြင့် အီလက်ထရောနစ်ကွန်ရက်များမှ ပေးပို့သည့် အချက်အလက်များ၏ လုံခြုံမှုကို ၁၀၀ ရာခိုင်နှုန်း အာမခံပေးနိုင်မည် မဟုတ်ပါ။

သို့သော် YBS GO အနေဖြင့် မလိုအပ်သော အသုံးပြုသူအချက်အလက်များကို စုဆောင်းခြင်းနှင့် သိမ်းဆည်းခြင်းတို့ကို အနည်းဆုံးဖြစ်အောင် ဆောင်ရွက်ထားပါသည်။

၈။ ကလေးသူငယ်များ၏ ကိုယ်ရေးအချက်အလက်

YBS GO သည် အများပြည်သူအတွက် ရည်ရွယ်ထားသော Application ဖြစ်ပါသည်။

အသက် ၁၃ နှစ်အောက် ကလေးသူငယ်များ၏ ကိုယ်ရေးအချက်အလက်များကို YBS GO ၏ ကိုယ်ပိုင် Server များပေါ်တွင် သိရှိလျက်နှင့် ရည်ရွယ်ချက်ရှိရှိ စုဆောင်းခြင်း သို့မဟုတ် ထိန်းသိမ်းခြင်း မပြုပါ။

အက်ပလီကေးရှင်းအသုံးပြုရန် Personal User Account ဖန်တီးရန် မလိုအပ်သည့်အပြင် ကလေးသူငယ်များအတွက် Personal Profile များကို ရည်ရွယ်ချက်ရှိရှိ တည်ဆောက်ထားခြင်း မရှိပါ။

၉။ အချက်အလက် ထုတ်ဖော်ခြင်း၊ မျှဝေခြင်းနှင့် ရောင်းချခြင်း

YBS GO သည် အသုံးပြုသူများ၏ ကိုယ်ရေးအချက်အလက်များကို ရောင်းချခြင်း၊ ငှားရမ်းခြင်း သို့မဟုတ် အခြားသူများထံ ရောင်းဝယ်ခြင်း မပြုပါ။

YBS GO ၏ ကိုယ်ပိုင် Server များပေါ်တွင် အသုံးပြုသူများ၏ ကိုယ်ရေးအချက်အလက်များပါဝင်သော Database ကို ထိန်းသိမ်းထားခြင်း မရှိပါ။

သို့ရာတွင် Application ၏ လုပ်ဆောင်ချက်များကို ပံ့ပိုးပေးရန် လိုအပ်သည့်အခါ အောက်ပါ Third-Party Services များက Technical Information အချို့ကို စီမံဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်ပါသည် -

  • Analytics၊
  • Crash Reporting၊
  • Map Services၊
  • Push Notification Services နှင့်
  • Core Application Infrastructure။

အဆိုပါ Data Processing များအားလုံးသည် သက်ဆိုင်ရာ Third-Party Service Provider များ၏ Privacy Policy များနှင့်အညီ ဖြစ်ပါသည်။

YBS GO Application၊ ဝန်ဆောင်မှုများ၊ နည်းပညာပိုင်းဆိုင်ရာ လုပ်ဆောင်ချက်များ သို့မဟုတ် သက်ဆိုင်ရာ ဥပဒေစည်းမျဉ်းများ ပြောင်းလဲလာပါက ဤကိုယ်ရေးအချက်အလက်မူဝါဒကို အခါအားလျော်စွာ ပြင်ဆင်ခြင်း သို့မဟုတ် အသစ်မွမ်းမံခြင်း ပြုလုပ်နိုင်ပါသည်။
